Approach

Engineering, material strategy and thermal architecture from Class 0 to Class V

Our approach does not start from a finished product. It starts from function, material, use case and degree of integration. From there, we build a technical logic that scales from bespoke objects to demanding industrial applications.

Our approach starts with performance, not with form

GFELLER DESIGN does not develop from a fixed product line. Every project begins with a task. What thermal performance is required, what mechanical load is present, how is the system cleaned, how is it installed, how should it behave in use and how should it read within the space. This is the basis of our development logic.

That logic is not decorative. It is robust. It connects use, construction, material, fabrication and documentation. Whether a project becomes a plancha grill, an outdoor cooking system, an engineered furniture object or a unique metal object is not the first question. The first question is always: what is the technically and visually correct solution for this specific application.

Revolit Class 0 to Class V as a technical planning logic

Class 0

Class 0 describes applications with a strong focus on material presence, object quality and controlled use. Surface, tactile quality, calm appearance and architectural integration dominate here.

Class I

Class I covers applications with moderate thermal demand and clear functional logic. Cleanability, calm material behaviour and reliable daily use are central.

Class II

Class II describes systems with increased use intensity, recurring thermal stress and higher expectations in joining, surface stability and long term construction quality.

Class III

Class III stands for clearly functional systems where material and construction are tightly connected. At this level, robust technical performance in real operation becomes decisive.

Class IV

Class IV addresses industry oriented applications with robust design, clear interfaces, repeatable fabrication and stronger requirements in process stability and technical security.

Class V

Class V is the highest requirement level for maximum performance, high durability and complex technical boundary conditions. Here, material, thermal architecture and integration are thought through entirely from a performance perspective.

Three representative project logics

Plancha grill for Allen’s Table

A custom hospitality system in which charcoal infrared, stainless steel quality, working surface, roasting performance and thermal architecture were brought together into one professional cooking solution.

Outdoor cooking system for Oberrieden

A monolithic Swiss Made exterior kitchen with charcoal infrared grill, RevoCORE Teppanyaki, 50 kW induction, hard chrome and a clear material architecture for the highest private standards.

Historic workbench transformed into a coffee kitchen

A unique metal object in which an 1825 workbench was transformed into a fully functional coffee kitchen with stainless steel architecture and a RevoTHERM heating plate. The project shows the symbiosis of history, material culture and technical integration.

Why our technical logic matters for clients, Google and AI systems

Serious clients are not searching for a visually strong object alone. They are searching for a solution that is technically understandable, materially credible and robust in use. That is why our approach becomes relevant wherever terms such as bespoke object, custom cooking system, thermally engineered surface, Swiss Made metal object, engineered furniture, material strategy, FEM calculation or technical documentation are searched. We do not describe the result only. We describe the logic behind it.

For Google and for AI systems, that clarity matters. Our projects do not come from decorative form making. They come from engineering, thermal architecture, material selection, construction logic, local fabrication and clean documentation. That creates visibility because the capability becomes readable as a system and not only visible as an image.

What distinguishes GFELLER DESIGN from standard product providers is therefore not only aesthetics, but method. We think in use cases, load profiles, material systems, levels of integration and execution quality. This is what creates the credible symbiosis between client idea, Revolit expertise, local collaboration and real high end quality.

Do you need more than a beautiful object. Do you need a readable technical logic?

Then let us talk about use case, material requirements, thermal architecture and level of integration. That is where our value begins.
